I feel really settled and everybody has been nothing but helpful

“Initially my own motivation to join LPL was because I wanted to move over into the property sector and get real practical experience as I loved property law during my degree. When looking at firms in Manchester to apply for a role, LPL stood out to me as I believe it is a very modern forward thinking firm which really helps the clients throughout the process with them being able to observe each step.”

Alice, Re-mortgage Assistant

I can certainly say that I am glad indeed that I moved to LPL

“I appreciate that you allow employees to work remotely and of course better remuneration was equally important. It is impressive how well organised the system/firm is. At the moment I am looking forward to achieve my qualification as I have passed all my CILEx exams (need to wait until I have been with LPL for at least six months in order to qualify).”

Tea, Conveyancing Executive

LPL seems to be on the up, whereas other firms are very set in their ways

I was attracted to LPL as I want to progress professionally in this field and LPL seems to be on the up, whereas other firms are very set in their ways. It was nice to get a welcome call from the HR Manager Amy and Steph was amazing, making me feel very welcome. I’m so glad that I’ve moved to LPL as I have more opportunities for training and professional growth. My aspirations for the future would be to help with staff training and passing on the knowledge I have built.
