Conveyancing Executive
Job Description
The Conveyancing Executive will join a friendly team and we have a variety of caseloads to manage.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a volume caseload
- Sale contract issues
- Replying to enquiries
- Purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries
- Reporting on mortgage offers and searches
- Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and we also offer support and development
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally be a Law graduate but not essential (2.1 or above) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Have experience working within a volume conveyancing team (essential)
- Be ambitious & motivated to achieve personal & professional goals
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Experience in dealing with at least one of the following – freehold and leasehold properties, including sales and purchases from beginning to end
- Experience in working with case management systems
- Have a willingness to learn and progress
- Applicants with strong volume conveyancing experience will only be considered for this opportunity, 2 years experience as a minimum.

Client Service Executive
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join our business as a Client Service Executive, working in an exciting and growing team based in our in Manchester city centre office. The role will be to deliver a positive client experience by supporting our clients across all aspects of their case. This is a great experience for those looking to get their legal career started.
Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive telephone manner
- Ability to be adaptable, friendly and respectful of the client’s needs and priorities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process either through previous conveyancing experience (minimum 12 months) or alternatively the LPC
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to provide a positive client service
- Responding and managing a high volume of telephone enquiries from clients and third parties and being an efficient and effective first point of contact
- Dealing with day-to-day requests for information from clients and third parties, such as estate agents and brokers
Hours of work are Monday-Friday between 9:00 – 17:30
