Based in central Manchester, Leading Property Lawyers (LPL) is a specialist conveyancing firm helping people buy, sell, and re-mortgage property across England and Wales.
We know that moving home is one of the biggest financial commitments most people will ever make. Property transactions can feel stressful and confusing – being left in the dark only adds to the pressure.
At LPL, we believe there’s a better way: clear, proactive guidance, expert advice, and consistent updates, so you always know where you stand and your transaction stays on track.
From day one, LPL was built to do things differently. We combine experienced conveyancers, proven systems, and technology designed to support people, not replace them. That means fewer surprises, faster progress, and far less chasing for updates – making your move smoother, simpler, and easier to manage.
Founded in 2017 as a division of Read Roper & Read Solicitors, which has been providing legal services since 1875, LPL has grown rapidly, while keeping the focus on what matters: people and outcomes.
We have been awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), and are trusted by all major lenders, giving you confidence that your transaction is in safe hands.
