LPL Staff Spotlight – David’s Journey
David’s career in customer service has been nothing short of impressive. He spent six years at Vodafone, where he became an expert in mobile phones and broadband. His hard work and expertise earned him the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for two years, leading a team and making sure customers got the best service possible.
When David joined LPL, he brought that same energy and leadership to our client services team. Even without a background in conveyancing, his deep experience in customer service proved invaluable. His dedication to developing the team and ensuring smooth operations has been a key part of our continued success.
Beyond work
When he’s not leading the team, David enjoys watching football, going to the cinema, and swimming. He also loves exploring Manchester on weekends – although the cold weather has made that a bit trickier lately!
David’s impact
David’s work and energy haven’t gone unnoticed. Louise Stephens-Pantoja, our Head of Operations, had this to say:
