Who we are
Based in central Manchester, LPL are a team of talented people who strive to deliver quality in the conveyancing arena.
We come to work every day because we love what we do and our people have all been recruited with our mission in mind — to exceed your expectations. LPL has been designed to create a fresh approach to the delivery of conveyancing services. LPL are a division of Read Roper & Read Solicitors who has provided legal services to the public since 1875.
We have been awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), an accreditation which recognises the country’s leading Conveyancers and we are on all major lender panels.
Our Ethics
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulates all solicitors and most law firms in England and Wales. They are there to protect and help the public.
The SRA Principles comprise the fundamental tenets of ethical behaviour that LPL and all its employees are expected to uphold when delivering our services to clients in accordance with the terms of our SRA licence.
