Leading Property Lawyers Limited has been designed to offer a fresh, specialist approach to volume conveyancing, while drawing on deep legal expertise and strong professional standards.
Read Roper & Read Solicitors, established in 1875, now operates as a division of Leading Property Lawyers Limited, focusing on non-volume property work, commercial and private client services. This structure allows us to combine long-standing legal heritage with a modern, specialist delivery model.
We are accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), recognising the country’s leading conveyancers, and we are on all major lender panels.
Our Ethics
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulates all solicitors and most law firms in England and Wales. They are there to protect and help the public.
The SRA Principles comprise the fundamental tenets of ethical behaviour that LPL and all its employees are expected to uphold when delivering our services to clients in accordance with the terms of our SRA licence.
