Based in central Manchester, Leading Property Lawyers (LPL) is a specialist conveyancing firm helping people buy, sell, and re-mortgage property across England and Wales.

From day one, LPL was built to do things differently. We combine experienced conveyancers, proven systems, and technology designed to support people, not replace them. Founded in 2017 as a division of Read Roper & Read Solicitors, which has been providing legal services since 1875, LPL has grown rapidly, while keeping the focus on what matters: people and outcomes.
We have been awarded the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), and are trusted by all major lenders, giving you confidence that your transaction is in safe hands.
